Eligibility for Returns
We want you to feel confident and happy with your GymShark purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

Items are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

All original tags and packaging are intact.

The product is in resellable condition.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (e.g., underwear, socks, water bottles, or products marked as Final Sale) are not eligible for return. Any exclusions will always be clearly indicated on the product page.

Return Shipping Costs

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: Return shipping is free, and we will cover all associated costs.

All Other Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. If you choose to use our return label, these fees may be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once your returned products are received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note: actual processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to try a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order number and clear photos of the product. We will resolve the issue quickly by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
