Make a Return – GymShark
Returning an item to GymShark is simple and convenient. Please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth process:
Step 1: Check Eligibility
Before starting your return, please confirm that:

Your item is within the 30-day return period.

The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All original tags and packaging are still attached and intact.
Step 2: Access the Returns Portal
Go to our [Returns Portal] and enter your order number along with the email address used at checkout.
Step 3: Select Items to Return
Choose the item(s) you wish to return and indicate the reason (e.g., wrong size, changed mind, defective product). This feedback helps us continually improve our products and services.
Step 4: Receive Your Return Label
Once your request is submitted, you will receive a return shipping label and step-by-step instructions via email.

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the label will be free of charge.

For all other returns, the return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund if you choose to use our label.
Step 5: Pack Your Item(s)
Place the products securely in their original packaging (whenever possible) and attach the return label clearly on the outside of the parcel.
Step 6: Ship the Parcel
Drop off your package at the nearest authorized carrier location as instructed in your return label email.
Step 7: Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
